It’s a common misconception that it takes a lot of money to drive cool cars. Just because something is interesting, well-made, and innovative doesn’t mean it can’t be affordable—the 2015 Ford Fiesta is a perfect example of this.
It was named among Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com’s “10 Coolest Cars Under $18,000,” a list that we think is fairly self-explanatory.
Compared to its competition, the latest Fiesta packs an incredible amount of style, personality, features, and technologies that, frankly, Gurley Motor Company usually doesn’t expect when it comes to the small-car segment. But it does this and more.
“Bold style and European-rooted driving dynamics give Ford’s subcompact car multifaceted appeal,” as KBB.com’s editor put it. Under the hood, the Fiesta is powered by a 120-hp 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that combines perfectly with the car’s lightweight and nimble nature, making it a blast to take around corners and city streets, while still getting up to 37 mpg.
