After months of anticipation, Ford recently revealed its 2017 Super Duty pick-up truck model – the first ever heavy-duty truck with an aluminum-alloy body, making it both lighter and, consequently, more fuel-efficient.

Plus, though the 2017 Ford Super Duty weighs 350 pounds less than its predecessor, it’s more powerful than ever. This major design change falls in the footsteps of a similar change that was made to the 2016 Ford F-150.

The specific towing and hauling stats for the 2017 Super Duty haven’t been released yet but thanks to a 95 percent high-strength steel box-frame, top-notch four-wheel drive components, and more, it’s safe to say that these figures will be higher than ever.
